1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Member", "you") and c555 ("c555", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at c555.lat and any associated sub-domains or mobile-optimised versions thereof.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

To be eligible to register and use the c555 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the platform:

c555 reserves the right to request age and identity verification documents at any stage of your membership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

3. Account Registration & KYC

3.1 Registration

You may register one (1) account on c555. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. Each account must be registered with accurate personal information including your legal full name, date of birth, a valid Pakistani mobile number (or mobile number of your country of residence), and a valid email address.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your c555 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any other person. c555 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

c555 is required to verify the identity of its members prior to processing withdrawal requests and may do so at any time at its sole discretion. KYC verification requires submission of:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (CNIC for Pakistani residents, or passport for non-Pakistani residents).
• Proof of address dated within the past three months where required.
• Proof of payment method ownership where the payment method is used for deposits.

c555 will process KYC submissions within 24–72 hours under normal operating conditions. Accounts that fail KYC verification will have withdrawal capabilities suspended until satisfactory documentation is provided.

3.3 Account Closure

c555 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, bonus abuse, breach of these Terms, or failure to complete KYC verification. Where an account is closed due to proven fraudulent activity, any balance on the account may be forfeited.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

c555 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Bank Alfalah transfer, USDT TRC20, Skrill, and Neteller. Minimum and maximum deposit limits per transaction are displayed at the time of deposit and may vary by payment method.

Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. c555 will not accept deposits from accounts belonging to third parties, and any such deposits may be reversed and the depositing account suspended.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed by c555 subject to satisfactory KYC verification being on file. Withdrawal requests received before 20:00 PKT on a business day are generally processed within the same business day. Withdrawals submitted after 20:00 PKT or on non-business days will be processed on the next business day. Processing times may vary based on the selected payment method and the receiving institution.

c555 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawal of funds that arose from bonus credit requires that all applicable wagering requirements be met prior to the withdrawal request.

4.3 Currency

The c555 platform operates in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) as the primary account currency. Transactions processed via USDT or international e-wallets will be converted to PKR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction. No additional currency conversion fee is applied by c555 on PKR-denominated transactions.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

c555 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms presented at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game contribution rates, and expiry periods.

c555 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a bonus has been claimed but wagering requirements have not been met at the time of withdrawal or promotion termination, the bonus and associated winnings may be voided.

6. Permitted Use of the Platform

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the c555 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on c555 under any name, identity, or email address.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age or have been excluded from the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.

10. Intellectual Property

11. Limitation of Liability

c555's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your c555 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

c555 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or harmful components. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate security software on your own devices.

12. Amendments to These Terms

c555 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered members via the email address on file or via a notice displayed on the platform at login. Continued use of the c555 platform following notification of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to close your account.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which c555 is registered as an operator. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall first be submitted to c555's customer support team for resolution.
